TBISS Ltd is pleased to announce that our Founder and CEO, Konstantin Ternianov, is running for the PeeringDB Board of Directors in the April 2026 election.

PeeringDB is the essential tool for the global peering and interconnection community, and one that Konstantin uses daily as part of real network operations at TBISS. Having been an active member of the peering community since the early days of the commercial internet, and a regular presence at events including GPF, EPF, Peering Days, LINX, Netnod, MORE-IP and PTC, Konstantin brings a perspective that is both practical and deeply grounded in the industry.

The election runs 15-29 April 2026 and uses Single Transferable Vote. If your organisation is a PeeringDB member, we encourage you to take part and consider including Konstantin on your ranked ballot.
